Our 30-day promise
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging so we can pass them on to the next happy home.
How to start a return
Head to your account, open the order and choose Return or exchange. Pick a reason, print the label and drop the parcel off. We'll email you the moment it's on its way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Very occasionally something slips through. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away — no need to return it first.
